Escape Rooms: The Perfect Activity for Teambuilding

Pier Pressure is an award-winning escape room company with games ranked as some of the best in the country. Your team will step into immersive worlds, solve puzzles together and race against the clock to complete their mission. Escape rooms naturally encourage communication, collaboration and creative thinking — and nothing bonds a team quite like solving a challenge together.

We have two centrally located Brighton venues close to all the best bars, pubs, restaurants and hotels Brighton has to offer. 

Capacity and Group Sizes

We can host around 36 players simultaneously at our main site, and around 56 players across both our venues, which are within 10 minutes' walk of each other.

Each game can accommodate up to 6-9 players, but there's always room for one more if needed!

Large groups are split into teams and play multiple rooms at the same time.

For very large groups, we can run two (or more) back-to-back sessions so that everyone can take part.

Timings

You can expect your games to last up to one hour, but we generally advise to allow up to 80 minutes from when you arrive to when you leave. 

Feel Good Factor

The feeling of achievement players get from completing an escape room together doesn’t go away in a hurry. It can boost confidence and create a real feel good factor within your teams. They’re a great choice for the start of a staff night out or teambuilding day to get everyone talking, feeling good and working together.

Why Stop at One Game?

Keep that feel good factor going with a half-day package. This includes two escape room games per person and some very tasty pastries and snacks to enjoy before and between games. Get our whole premises to yourselves with as much tea and coffee as you care to drink. We also have an on-site bar at our main site where drinks can be purchased. Ask us about pre-ordering!

This option is available for teams of 12 people or more and costs £51 per person plus VAT.

Can We Help You with Your Promotion Dilemmas?

Because team work is everything in escape rooms, they’re a great way to reveal which members of your team work well together and which may have leadership potential that hasn’t had a chance to show itself in other ways. Our in-house psychologist can observe your team playing our games and produce a report for you on how your team perform in terms of teamwork and leadership skills.
