SOME USEFUL INFORMATION

• Please arrive for your game 20 minutes before your game to complete your waivers, and get checked in.

• Unfortunately, anyone arriving late will have time deducted from your game as we are busy and can’t over run due to other games.

• Anyone arriving 10 minutes after your game start time will not be able to play your game and no refunds or rescheduling will be allowed.

•We have lockers onsite for you to store your belonging in. 

•Minimum age is 10 years old.

• All players under 16 MUST HAVE AN ADULT OF 18 YEARS OF AGE in the room with them, if you do not have an adult in your group, you will not be allowed to play, and no refund will be given.

• Please note: We want you to have fun, but we do have a very strict policy when it comes to inebriated participants. If we suspect anyone has had too much to drink or is under the influence of drugs, your game will not be allowed and if we notice this during your game, we will ask you to leave the room with no refund. Your minds will need to be at their sharpest if you want to succeed!

We're excited to announce that Puzzalogical Escape Rooms have been taken over by top UK escape room operator Pier Pressure and will now be renamed as Pier Pressure Bracknell. 

Don't worry though, you'll still get the same excellent games hosted by the same wonderful staff and it is still part of an independent family run business.
