Bracknell FAQs

When are you open?

We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays unless it is school holidays or a bank holiday.

We usually operate five games a day at the following times: 10am to 10pm

The slot I want appears unavailable, is there any way I can get it?

We close our bookings online 12 hours before the time slot to allow us to plan staff. If the time you want to book looks unavailable, we might STILL have a space! To find out, please call us on 07856 342 226. or email bracknell@pierpressure.co.uk.

Are your rooms wheelchair accessible / How accessible are the rooms?

Accessibility varies across our games; we do have a lift and accessible bathrooms. Please note that you will need to have someone with you to assist you for any clues at heights.

What is the minimum age to participate?

You can participate with adult supervision from 10 years old for Escape Room and 8 years old for VR Escape Room and Laserbots and from 16 without an adult. If you have younger children, you might want to book them in at the on-site creche, where your youngster will enjoy playtime with Ashleigh from Ashleigh’s Little Angels , while you enjoy quality time with your older children. ALL PLAYER UNDER 16 MUST HAVE AN ADULT OF 18 YEARS OF AGE PLAYING THE GAME WITH THEM, if you do not have an adult in your group you will not be allowed to play and no refund will be given. No need to pay for supervising adult and they can be the 7th player.

Can you have 8+ players at once?

For the comfort and enjoyment of our players, our games are designed to work for 2 to 6 players or 5 for our VR Arena. If you’re looking to book for more people, you’ll need to book more than one game. Our games are normally staggered, but we can arrange to start them all at the same time for a large group.

I’m interested in an escape room party, do you do this?

We can arrange to run multiple rooms at the same time. We don’t have a party room as we have changed it into an escape room.

If you require a party area, we have teamed up with the lovely Jem from BREW coffee shop which is a lovely cafe in the building that is open Monday to Saturday, please contact them directly to discuss your requirements. Her number is 07737 489 847. We have also teamed up with Tinkers Gifts who offer activity boxes that you can include as party giveaways or activities after your escape party in the party area.

Do you have lockers?

We do. You will be unable to take phones, bags or coats into the rooms, so you will be provided with a locker for these items at reception.

Can I drink alcohol whilst playing the game?

Puzzalogical escape rooms are situated near the town centre that has a pub and restaurants.

Please note: We want you to have fun, but we do have a very strict policy when it comes to inebriated participants and recommend doing most of your drinking after, rather than before or during the game. If we suspect anyone has had too much to drink, we will ask them to leave the room and no refund will be given. Your minds will need to be at their sharpest if you want to succeed!

How long does the game last?

Each experience usually lasts between 60 and 80 minutes, but how long it takes to complete the room is totally up to you and your team. There is a 5 minute brief at the start, up to 60 minutes of gameplay time within the room itself, and a short 5 minute debrief and photo opportunity at the end.

General FAQs

How long does the experience last?

The games themselves last an hour, but we always recommend to allow 80-90 minutes from the time you arrive to the time you leave again. This extra time is an allowance for bathroom use, briefings and game storylines before the game starts. Plus photos, debriefs and probably more loo breaks afterwards!

Is it scary?

No. Some escape room brands do like to use horror themes in their rooms but we don’t. All of our rooms are 100% fright free.

Do I need to be physically fit?

No. There are no elements in our rooms that require any kind of physicality. This is more about brain fitness and dexterity, than physical fitness.

Can we squeeze more people into the room than your max limit?

Sadly the max limit is there for a reason and it would either be unsafe or unfun to put any more people in. If you’re a bigger group you can book multiple rooms and split into teams.

What happens if we don’t complete the game in 60 minutes?

Don’t worry, even if you don’t complete the game in 60 minutes, your host will let you back out of the room.

Can I book if I am pregnant?

Yes you can, most of our rooms have a chair of some kind that you can rest on and you can always step outside for a breather if you need to.

When should we arrive?

Please arrive at the time you’ve booked for. If you arrive late, we may not be able to give you the full 60 minutes if we have other groups booked after you. Arriving early will often mean you need to wait while our team make the room ready for you.

Is it safe for someone with claustrophobia?

Yes, perfectly safe. None of our rooms are actually locked so you are free to step outside the room at any time if you need some air or a change of scenery. You won’t be stuck in any small spaces, none of our rooms are smaller than an average sized bedroom.
